Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the fitting experience and how much I appreciated the time you spent with me. I came away educated and excited about my new equipment and the new Titleist line. I'm having my current set lie adjusted so I can begin acclimating until my AP2s arrive. I'm also eager to see how my shortened 3-wood works. It's always been a troublesome club for me. In the coming weeks I'm hopefully going to try some new shafts in the driver and 3-wood and see how a little more torque can help me with the lefts.

I really appreciated your insight and help as to why I was not hitting my irons as far as I should. I was amazed that using a shorter golf club would encourage me to hit the ball higher on the face, decreasing backspin and increasing launch angle. I am looking forward to getting the new irons and incorporating the changes that we discussed. I will also begin to tee the ball lower in an effort not to create such a shallow approach.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the time you took with me during my club fitting. During my fitting I was struggling with thin shots, pull hooks and pushes, which you assessed the causes of very quickly. It was then confirmed when I hit several shots using the monitor. I have to admit that I was a little doubtful that the 2° flat lie that you fit me with would be the correct setting. I ordered a set of AP2 irons with your recommendations and all I can say is, "wow". I am no longer fighting the club. It is now working with me.

In any event, that afternoon was one of the best in my golfing career. I learned a tremendous amount about my swing faults and the reasons for them and the new irons are awesome. Thanks again.
